Construction Drawings and Specifications:
Top quality Electrical Construction Drawings and Specifications under CSI's Divisions 16, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 48 to ensure compliance with related codes and to achieve a smooth flow of Construction. Our Team is able to incorporate your plotting styles and title blocks!
Engineer`s Cost Estimate:
We use industry leading libraries of statistical data on labor and materials, e.g. RSMeans, to create cost estimates. These estimates are typically used for evaluating a project's feasibility through examining driving factors such as Return on Investment and Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
Bid Assistance and Construction Administration:
Whether you are an Owner, Architect, a Contractor, or someone else in the Construction process our Team can assist you with the formal Construction communication process, i.e. answering or requesting Requests for Information (RFIs), Architectural or Engineering Supplemental Instructions (ASIs or ESIs), review of Submittals, etc. Let us handle what we do best so you can do what you do best!
Automation and Industrial Controls:
We work closely with your Process and Industrial Engineering Team to learn your process and based on this establish a control strategy that uses key target parameters, then proceed to design a functional solution appropriate for your schedule and budget. We leverage our Professional Network for turnkey solutions or work with your Maintenance Team to achieve your goals!
Diagnostics, Troubleshooting and Measurement:
We assist your Maintenance Team or pair up with a Licensed Contractor from our network to carry out routine or event driven diagnostics and troubleshooting; or set up instruments for monitoring or measurement. After this effort a report is generated summarizing the findings and their significance so that you can retain the value invested in the process!

SPECIFIC
We spend time with our Clients to properly clarify, understand, and organize the specific desired functions or results they wish to accomplish, and the constraints of the process that we mutually choose to realize them. During this process the scope is streamlined, negotiated, and mutually agreed upon by all stakeholders.
ACHIEVABLE
We leverage our own experience and the experience of our partners to assess the constraints of any project early on. And, based on our assessment we help our Clients manage their expectations and further streamline scope to make sure what they set out to accomplish is achievable. We take the time to meet with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), Utility Representatives, Fire Marshals, etc. to eliminate as many surprises as possible and address them at design instead of construction.
MEASURABLE
It is very critical to establish a baseline of what is the current function or state of what we are trying to create or modify; and, equally as important, to continue evaluating these conditions during the course of the project. Using this data we will then mutually agree with our Clients upon criteria that shall indicate that we have successfully accomplished the specific functions or results they desire.
RELEVANT
Sometimes a project is successful, but it is done so without any consideration for how it fits in with the “big picture” of the overall system, organization, facility, etc. Sometimes there are additional constraints that must be considered relating to this that further help streamline scope. We spend time to understand these constraints by spending the necessary time and asking the right questions early on with our Clients and the project stakeholders.
TIME-BOUND
Based on a streamlined scope, having a clear understanding of the constraints, and knowing what criteria success will be measured by, it becomes possible to consider the resources that are required to execute the process through which we will accomplish the desired functions or results our Clients desire. And, once the resources are considered, it becomes easier to compartmentalize the project and its process into achievable time-bound milestones.

Our History
Vektor Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. was officially incorporated in the State of California on May 21st, 2018. We are a California based consulting firm that specializes in Electrical Engineering and Design with headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area. As our business grew we started offering additional services through our business partners and professional network. These additional services include Architecture and Landscape Architecture, Design Build, joint trench and utilities; and additional Engineering and Design services including the Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, and Structural disciplines.
We are very grateful to our families, loved ones, and friends for the continued support and understanding through the tough times, sleepless nights, and moments of doubt; and, our business partners and colleagues, our early clients that gave us a chance, and many more kind souls we have met along the way. It has been quite a journey and we are certain the best is yet to come!

In order to consistently make Our Vision a reality for our Clients we have to consistently balance and maintain the four pillars which are a foundation that upholds any successful endeavour. They are: Communication, Execution, Quality Assurance, and Feedback.
It is our responsibility to understand the needs and expectations of our Clients to determine early on if we will form a good engagement. Likewise it is our responsibility to not only communicate effectively externally, but also internally. Our policy is clear and transparent communication. We communicate clearly and transparently by remaining disciplined in exchanging information grounded and organized by the S.M.A.R.T. criteria by which we formulate Our Goals.
Execution must be smooth, without surprises, predictable and planned, and should bring a sense of accomplishment and joy to the whole team. But, of course, reality dictates that it will not always be so; and, how we react, conduct ourselves, and how we resolve each issue to bring the endeavour back on track is what sets us apart from other businesses.
We rely on peer review and cross checking each other's work to ensure the highest quality. But, no matter how much time you spend checking the quality of something there is always something that may be overlooked. The smallest of details may have the biggest impact. It is how we handle and resolve our errors, take responsibility, and take note of them effectively to ensure that we never repeat them again, is what shows our business’ commitment to quality and willingness to continually improve. We shall remain humble. Throughout Our Process we must seek feedback and continue to communicate. Feedback is the instrument by which we begin to understand and quantify what it is that we must change as a business in our practice to become better. We are located in a Class A office building in San Ramon. 15-years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, focused on automation and industrial control, power generation and distribution, backup power systems, exterior and interior lighting design, fire life safety system design, capital projects. 10-years of experience as an Electrical Professional Engineer (PE). Hobbies include soccer, video games, motorcycles and working on cars.

Project Coordinator
5-years experience in Customer Relations and Business Management, focused on sales, workflow optimization and organization, developing customer relationships through mutual benefit practices, team building, capital projects. Hobbies include cycling, lacrosse, sports trivia, video games and watching shows.
